Why use juice to fast?

Fresh juice is gentle and healing. Juice is a live food carrying vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and enzymes to the body quickly and efficiently. You need enzymes for cleansing and rebuilding, and you need antioxidants to fight aging and dangerous free radicals. You also need liquids to continuously flush the system and carry away toxins. As far as your digestive system is concerned, raw juice is almost invisible since it requires virtually no digestion. Nutrients are absorbed and utilized with minimal work, giving your system a chance to rest without suffering deprivation.

What does "cold-pressed" mean?

Cold-pressed is a method of juicing that uses a hydraulic press to extract juice from fruits and vegetables. Unlike traditional juicing methods that generate heat through fast-spinning blades, cold-pressing keeps the produce cool, preserving essential nutrients, enzymes, and vitamins. This gentle process ensures you get the most health benefits from every delicious sip of our juices. At Arden's Garden, we believe in keeping it pure and simple, so you can enjoy the freshest, most nutritious juices possible.

What is HPP?

HPP, or High Pressure Processing, is a method used to preserve and extend the shelf life of fresh foods and beverages without the use of heat or preservatives. This process involves placing the products in a high-pressure chamber where they are subjected to extremely high levels of pressure. This pressure inactivates harmful bacteria and pathogens while retaining the flavor, nutrients, and quality of the juice. At Arden's Garden, we use HPP to ensure our juices are safe and fresh while keeping their natural goodness intact.

Do Arden's Garden products contain added sugars or preservatives?

No, most Arden's Garden products do not contain added sugars and none of them have any preservatives. We believe in keeping our ingredients pure and simple, offering you the natural sweetness and full nutritional benefits of fruits and vegetables without any artificial additives. Few of our offerings use organic agave or local honey (e.g. our lemonade line)

How should I store my juices and smoothies?

To maintain the freshness and quality of our juices and smoothies, store them in the refrigerator at all times. Keep them chilled until you're ready to enjoy, and be sure to consume them by the "use by" date on the bottle.

How are the cold-pressed juices packaged for shipping?

Our cold-pressed juices are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive fresh and intact. Each juice is bottled and sealed, then packed in insulated, temperature-controlled boxes with ice packs to maintain optimal freshness during transit. This packaging method helps keep the juices cold and preserves their quality and nutritional value until they reach your doorstep. Whether you're ordering for a cleanse or just to stock up on your favorites, we ensure your juices are delivered in perfect condition.

Can I track my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

What is your return or refund policy?

If the order arrives damaged, please contact our office immediately so we can send a replacement order the following week or refund your money. If we are not notified within 24 hours of the package being delivered that there is a problem, no refund will be issued. Please ship your juice order to a destination where it will be received by the end of the arrival day.

Our product is fresh and requires immediate refrigeration. It is the customer’s responsibility to refrigerate the items after the package arrives. If the product is ordered as a gift, please notify your recipient. Our product is fresh and perishable. Please do not order if the package will sit on a doorstep longer than 12 hours.

Is there a minimum order quantity for shipping?

We have a $30 minimum to cover the cost of the packaging. We ship your juices in insulated packaging to keep the juices cold during transportation. If you order less, the juices will not be able to stay cold.
