If you asked me what my favorite smoothie place in Atlanta is, I would say with 100% certainty: Arden’s Garden. Arden’s prioritizes you and your health, and they do that by providing you with plenty of different options beyond just smoothies.
I do have to say, the only negative to Arden’s Garden is that there are SO many choices that it’s really hard to narrow it down to just a couple.
First of all.. their Beet Root Falafel Bowl… incredible. The ‘Good Goddess’ Dressing that came on the salad was actually to die for. I was hoarding it and using it on my other salads during the following days! The Kale salad was also amazing.
I also made my own smoothie! I ended up getting a customized version of “The Shake” which was made with frozen bananas, spinach, almond milk, peanut butter, and medjool dates. I love their smoothie bar because they have pretty much every fruit you could ever ask for. They also have protein powders and other boosters that really elevate your smoothie!
I also just flat out love the Arden’s Gardens stores. They are so organized, modern, and everything just looks really nice and fresh. Each store has a huge refrigerated case full of their yummy, healthy treats and other grab & go essentials. There’s also a wire wrack full of healthy chips/pretzels and other partner brand snacks. The best thing about Arden’s Garden is the fact that they are constantly changing their grab & go case up. They are putting out different salads, raw vegan desserts, wellness shots, and other goodies. This week they had their new “True Blue” wellness shot made with Blue Majik which is a type of spirulina and I thought it was actually so tasty.
Overall, Arden’s Garden is one of my favorite places because I know that what I put into my body matters. It seems cliche almost to say “Let thy food be thy medicine”, but it’s honestly so true. When I eat or drink anything at Arden’s, I feel like I am doing something good for my body, which is honestly my favorite self care.
So, is Arden's Garden healthy? Are Arden's Garden juices healthy? Many of the items sold are gluten free and non-GMO. They are also vegan or plant-based and use no preservatives or additives. All juices and smoothies are made with the natural sugars found in fruit and veggies -- no additional sugars are needed. When compared to other brands, you might find Arden's Garden to be a healthier option because what you see is what you get.
